Utilities: Seasonal renter is responsible for utilities, including electric, propane, oil, wi-fi, and plowing. These are paid by owner, invoiced monthly to renter, and deducted from a $2,000 utility deposit. A monthly report will be sent on use and any balances are due within 10 days of receipt (beyond initial deposit). The owner will provide trash removal.
Simple Lease will apply.
Maximum occupancy is 6.
No groups/parties/events/etc. allowed.

Who We Are
Jim, Chuck, and Steve Tepper are a dynamic father-son-son team, passionate about Vermont and sharing the experience with others. Tyson Barn, located in Ludlow, has been in the Tepper family for five generations and serves as a special backdrop for relaxation and adventure. Tyson Barn offers views of Echo Lake from the fully glassed living room. Nestled near ski mountains, a state park, and biking trails, our property features minimalist designs, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. We aim to provide an unforgettable experience for outdoor enthusiasts exploring the beauty of Vermont. Tyson Barn is located just 4.5 miles from Okemo Mountain and 17 miles from Killington Mountain.
